Online vs Offline:
Why?
Social media:
- Online people can easily hack your Facebook or snapchat account and leak out photos or you that you don’t want people to see.
- Offline it is a lot harder to stalk people as they would have to know the person and follow them everywhere.
- Online you never know if the person how you are talking to on Facebook for example because they could be an ex murder or someone that wants to damage you mentally. People can say there some else when they're really someone else so the lie to protect their identity.
- Offline people can lie who they are because you can see through the mask and who they really are.
- They may make themselves sound like their a really person but behind the screen they can be a person who is out to destroy you.
Why?
- Everything that you can do online you can do offline.
- People have more confidence behind a screen.
- You feel more popular because of how many friends you have on face book rather than how many friends you have in person.
- What you post can be deleted from your page but it is always going to be somewhere else on the internet. It is NEVER deleted.
- What you post now can effect your future. E.G: Jobs, friends, schools.
